Ruxolitinib INN 1.5%
Composition: Ruxolitinib Phosphate INN 1.5% cream. Indication: Ruxolitinib is a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor indicated for the topical short-term and non-continuous chronic treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis (AD) in non-immunocompromised patients 12 years of age and older whose disease is not adequately controlled with topical prescription therapies or when those therapies are not advisable. Dosage and administration: A thin layer of cream should be applied to the affected areas BID of up to 20% body surface area; not to exceed >60 g/week. It should stop using when signs and symptoms (eg, itch, rash, redness) of atopic dermatitis resolve. If signs and symptoms do not improve within 8 weeks, re-examine patient. Or, as directed by the registered physician. Use in pregnancy and lactation: There is no data available. Packing: Each tube contains 30 gm cream.
Omarigliptin-12.5mg Tablet
Composition : Omarol-12.5 Tablet: Omarigliptin INN 12.5mg Tablet. Omarol-25 Tablet: Omarigliptin INN 25mg Tablet. Indication : Omarigliptin is an oral, DPP-4 inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adults with type 2 diabetes. Dosage and administration :The usual recommended dose of Omarigliptin is 25mg once weekly as monotherapy or as add-on therapy for optimization of glycaemic control. The dosage should be reduced to 12.5mg once weekly in patients with severe renal dysfunction and in patients with end-stage renal failure in those requiring hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis should be according to the following: § Men: CrCl>1.9: 12.5 mg once a week, § Women: CrCl >1.4: 12.5 mg once a week. *Conversion value corresponding to the eGFR (60years of age). Or as directed by the registered physician. Use in pregnancy and lactation : There are no adequate and well controlled studies in pregnant women. It should be used during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus. Breastfeeding should be avoided in mothers taking omarigliptin. Tirzepatide-5mg/0.5ml Injection

Indication: Tyzepa is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. • Chronic obesity (with a BMI of 30 kg/m2 or greater). • Overweight (with a BMI of 27 kg/m2 or greater), in the presence of at least one weight-related comorbid condition such as hypertension, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, obstructive sleep apnea. Dosage and administration: Please see prescribing description. Use in pregnancy and lactation: Tirzepatide should be used during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus.
